We are seeking a motivated candidate to join our team as the Girls Dormitory Incharge at Gyanodaya Bal Batika School. This is a mid-level position that requires someone with strong organizational and communication skills, as well as a passion for educating and mentoring young girls.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage the daily operations of the girls' dormitory, ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment for students
Establish and maintain a schedule for dormitory activities, including study time and recreational activities
Ensure that all dormitory rules and regulations are followed by students
Communicate regularly with students' parents and guardians regarding their behavior, academic progress, and any concerns
Provide counseling and support to students when needed
Work closely with other staff members to plan and implement educational programs and activities for the dormitory
Maintain a record of attendance, behavior, and academic performance of students in the dormitory
Handle any disciplinary issues that may arise and report them to the appropriate authority
Keep the dormitory clean and well-maintained at all times
Collaborate with the admissions team to conduct tours of the dormitory for potential students and their families.

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to work well under pressure and handle conflicts
Knowledge of child development and counseling techniques
Fluency in English and Nepali languages.
