Roles and responsibilities of this job

Organization: Social Development Initiative Nepal (SDIN) / (EduLift)

We are seeking an experienced and energetic Senior Program Facilitator to lead the delivery of experiential learning, life skills, career development, and youth engagement programs. The successful candidate should be an excellent facilitator who enjoys working with students, teachers, and community partners.

Key Responsibilities

Lead workshops, training sessions, and educational programs.
Develop engaging learning activities and facilitation materials.
Coordinate with schools, colleges, and partner organizations.
Document program outcomes and prepare activity reports.
Ensure high-quality delivery of training and participant engagement.
Contribute to curriculum and program development.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree in Education, Social Sciences, Psychology, Management, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of facilitation, training, or education program experience.
Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
Experience facilitating youth and adult learning programs.
Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
Fluency in English, Nepali, and Himalayan Region Language(Preferred)
