We are seeking a visionary, dynamic, and experienced Principal to lead our school with a strong commitment to academic excellence, student development, and institutional growth. The ideal candidate will provide strategic leadership, oversee academic and administrative operations, inspire faculty, and foster a positive learning environment that promotes educational excellence and holistic student development.

Key Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership and overall management of the school's academic and administrative functions.
Develop and implement policies, academic plans, and institutional goals aligned with the school's vision and mission.
Ensure high standards of teaching, learning, student achievement, and discipline.
Lead, mentor, supervise, and evaluate teaching and administrative staff.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and professional development.
Monitor curriculum implementation and ensure compliance with government and educational regulations.
Oversee student admissions, examinations, academic performance, and extracurricular activities.
Manage school operations, budgets, resources, and infrastructure effectively.
Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, students, staff, education authorities, and other stakeholders.
Promote a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.
Represent the school in meetings, educational forums, and community events.
Prepare reports and provide regular updates to the school's management or governing board.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Graduate (Masters)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

Master's degree in Education, Educational Leadership, Educational Management, Management, or a related field.
Experience: At least 3–5 years in a leadership role such as Vice Principal, Academic Coordinator, Head of Department, or Principal.
Experience in school administration and academic leadership is mandatory.

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong leadership, decision-making, and people management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Sound knowledge of curriculum planning, academic standards, and educational policies.
Strong organizational, administrative, and financial management skills.
Ability to motivate and develop teachers and staff.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and school management systems.
