Documentation Officer

We are seeking a skilled Documentation Officer (Japan) to handle documentation, general counseling, and application-related tasks for students/applicants pursuing opportunities in Japan. The ideal candidate should be experienced, detail-oriented, and knowledgeable about Japanese documentation standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and manage all documents required for Japan applications (student, language, or work pathways).
• Provide general counseling to applicants regarding processes, requirements, and documentation guidelines.
• Ensure all documents meet embassy, institution, and immigration standards.
• Maintain organized records and handle regular follow-up with applicants.
• Coordinate with internal teams and Japanese institutions as needed.
