Job Description

The candidate should have the strong managerial capacity and responsible for overall administration of the branch.
Planning, monitoring, supervision of the field staffs and provide them with feedbacks, coordinate with all the district level likeminded organizations
Excellent planning, organizing and implementaion skills
Demonstrate the ability to work in a multi-cultural environment, establish harmonious and effective working relationships both within and outside the organization
Make reports of all the programs of the district and prepare proposal for the CBO's on need
Prepare the reports of the program on quarterly and yearly basis.
Communicate frequently and updates the activities, strongly in the centre office
Should be able to handle the task according to the situtaion.
