• The candidate should be responsible for overall management of the program including planning, monitoring, supervision of the field staffs and provide them with feedbacks, coordinate with all the district level likeminded organizations, demonstrate the ability to work in a multi-cultural environment, establish harmonious and effective working relationships both within and outside the organization and make reports of the all the programs of the district and prepare reports of the program on quarterly and yearly basis.
