Roles and responsibilities of this job

The Direct Marketing Officer will be responsible for promoting academic programs, courses, and institutional services through direct engagement with prospective students, parents, schools, and organizations. The role focuses on student recruitment, brand awareness, and enrollment growth through on-ground and relationship-based marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

Promote academic programs, courses, and training offerings through direct marketing activities.
Engage with prospective students and parents via counseling sessions, campus visits, education fairs, seminars, and school outreach programs.
Conduct presentations at schools, colleges, coaching centers, and community events.
Generate and follow up on student leads to support enrollment targets.
Coordinate with the admissions team to convert inquiries into enrollments.
Maintain accurate records of leads, inquiries, and conversions.
Build and maintain relationships with schools, counselors, education agents, and partner organizations.
Support marketing campaigns, open days, workshops, and promotional events.
Collect market feedback, student insights, and competitor information to improve marketing strategies.
Assist in distributing marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and application forms.
Ensure consistent communication of the institution’s brand, values, and academic offerings.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

Goal-oriented with the ability to meet enrollment or lead-generation targets.
Willingness to travel locally for outreach and promotional activities.
