Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a dynamic and student-focused Admission Counselor to join IEC College of Art & Fashion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admission process, promoting the institution’s programs in fashion and interior design, and ensuring a smooth enrollment experience. This role requires strong communication skills, a persuasive approach, and a passion for education and creative fields.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses, career opportunities, and admission procedures.
Provide detailed information about fashion and interior design programs, facilities, and career pathways.
Handle inquiries through phone, email, social media, and walk-ins professionally.
Guide applicants through the admission process, including form filling, documentation, and enrollment.
Follow up with leads and maintain a strong conversion ratio.
Maintain accurate records of inquiries, applications, and admissions.
Participate in promotional activities such as education fairs, school visits, and events.
Collaborate with marketing and academic teams to achieve admission targets.
Build strong relationships with prospective students to ensure a positive experience.
Stay updated with course offerings, industry trends, and institutional developments.

Required Education Level:Graduate (Masters)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Education, or related discipline.
2–5 years of proven experience in admissions, counseling, or client-facing conversion roles.
Strong command of English and Nepali (written and spoken).
Highly presentable, persuasive, and relationship-oriented personality.
Data-driven mindset with experience using CRM systems.
Ability to meet and exceed admission targets.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
