Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for a creative, results-driven Digital Marketing Officer to join our team in Banasthali, Kathmandu. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital strategies, excellent technical know-how, and the ability to drive brand growth across all online platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic digital marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.
Plan, manage, and monitor content across all digital platforms, including the website, social media, email, and paid advertising channels.
Optimize SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and SEM (Search Engine Marketing) to enhance online presence and drive traffic.
Create and manage email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and lead nurturing funnels.
Oversee and analyze performance of digital ads on platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram).
Design and execute branding and promotional strategies across digital media.
Generate performance reports with actionable insights to improve campaign outcomes.
Stay current with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and industry best practices.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
Proficiency in SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Sendinblue).
Strong grasp of content strategy, branding, and performance-based marketing.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented attitude.
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
