We are seeking a creative, highly organized, and trend-savvy Social Media Manager to lead our social media presence and community engagement efforts. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kathmandu. You will be responsible for planning, creating, managing, and optimizing content across our social media channels while helping build and engage a passionate community of fans. The ideal candidate understands internet culture, fandom communities, viral content, and how to turn engagement into growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute social media strategies.
Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms.
Manage content calendars and ensure consistent brand presence.
Monitor and engage with online communities and followers.
Collaborate with the design team on creative content.
Track performance metrics and optimize campaigns.
Identify trends and opportunities for audience growth.
Manage social media campaigns, contests, and promotions.
Prepare regular performance reports and insights.
Stay updated on social media trends and best practices.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Required Age:Less than 25 years

Other Specification

Proficiency in Social Media Marketing, Social Media Optimization (SMO), and managing campaigns across various platforms
Strong Communication and Writing skills for creating engaging and relevant content
Ability to develop and implement effective Content Strategies tailored to various audiences
Knowledge of social media analytics tools and staying updated on social media trends
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Experience in graphic design or working with design tools is a plus
