Digital Marketing Officer

The Digital Marketer will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to enhance Connect H.R.'s online presence, engage with target audiences, and drive business growth.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Manage and maintain all social media channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) ensuring consistent brand voice and messaging.
• Create and curate relevant content (posts, articles, videos, infographics) that resonates with the target audience and aligns with company objectives.
• Generate creative ideas for content that showcases Connect H.R.'s services, expertise, and industry insights.
• Write clear, persuasive, and engaging copy for social media posts, blogs, newsletters, and website content.
• Collaborate with graphic designers and videographers to produce visual and multimedia content.
• Implement SEO strategies to optimize content and improve search engine rankings.
• Monitor trends in digital marketing tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy.
