Elite Business Staffing is seeking an experienced Content Writer with 2-3 years of experience to create high-quality, engaging content for the real estate and mortgage industry. This role is ideal for a creative professional with strong writing skills and an understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and content strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Strategy:

Develop compelling blog posts, website content, social media copy, and marketing materials.
Write clear, informative, and engaging content tailored to the real estate and mortgage sectors.
Research industry trends and produce content that adds value to our audience.

SEO & Digital Marketing Integration

Optimize content for SEO, ensuring higher search engine rankings.
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop content strategies for brand visibility.
Create engaging social media captions, ads, and campaign materials.

Editing & Proofreading

Review and refine content for clarity, consistency, and accuracy.
Maintain brand voice and tone across all platforms.

Industry Relevance & Research

Stay updated on Australian mortgage and real estate trends.
Work closely with industry professionals to craft insightful and relevant content.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, English, or a related field.
2-3 years of content writing experience, preferably in real estate, mortgage, or finance industries.
Experience with SEO-driven content creation and digital marketing strategies.

Skills & Competencies :

Writing & Communication – Strong English proficiency with clear, engaging, and industry-relevant content creation.
SEO & Digital Marketing – Experience with keyword research, on-page SEO, and content optimization tools.
Creativity & Strategy – Ability to craft compelling content for blogs, websites, and social media.
Editing & Detail-Oriented – Strong proofreading, fact-checking, and consistency in brand voice.
Research & Industry Knowledge – Understanding of Australian real estate and mortgage trends.

Working hours: 6 AM to 2 PM, including a 1-hour lunch break.
