Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Executive to lead our digital marketing and overall marketing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the marketing team, generating and converting leads, and managing the entire marketing strategy of the company.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the Digital Marketing department and marketing team (5–10 members).
Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.
Develop effective strategies to generate quality leads and ensure successful lead conversion.
Oversee the company’s overall branding and marketing initiatives.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to optimize marketing performance.
Prepare marketing reports and present insights to management.
Ensure smooth coordination between marketing, sales, and management teams.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in marketing, with strong digital marketing expertise.
Proven ability to manage and lead a team of 5–10 members.
Strong knowledge of lead generation and conversion strategies.
Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
Ability to handle the entire marketing function of the company independently.
