About the job

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will assist in executing digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and lead generation. You will have the opportunity to create engaging content, conduct market research, and collaborate with various teams to support our overall marketing goals. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for digital marketing, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to the success of digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns.
Develop user-focused content for websites, ads, email campaigns, social media posts, and other marketing materials.
Performing administrative tasks to ensure the functionality of marketing activities.
Conduct market research to identify the target audience and their needs.
Perform competitor research, analyzing their services and identifying market gaps.
Create actionable reports from research findings.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to generate qualified leads.
Stay updated on digital marketing trends and industry updates.
Perform ad hoc marketing tasks as required.

Qualifications and Skills:

At least 1 year experience in digital marketing or a related field.
Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Familiarity with American markets and digital marketing strategies.
Proficient in MS Office and marketing tools.
Excellent time management and research abilities with great attention to detail.
Ability to work in a team setting and independently with minimal supervision.
Adaptable to working under tight deadlines and flexible hours.
