We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong customer relationships, and developing innovative marketing campaigns that align with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets
Develop and execute marketing strategies and promotional campaigns
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activity
Manage digital marketing efforts, including social media, email campaigns, and website updates
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
Track and report on performance metrics (ROI, KPIs, conversion rates)
Collaborate with product, design, and customer service teams to improve brand awareness and customer satisfaction

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
Proven experience in sales, marketing, or a related role
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in MS Office and marketing software (e.g., CRM tools, social media platforms)
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Creative thinking and a results-oriented mindset

Note: Salary package 25000/- plus bonus + lunch and fuel allowances

Requirement: Must have a 2-wheeler with a valid licence.
