  • Bachelor’s degree in management preferably with specialization in Marketing
  • Familiarity with CRM

  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) and Nepali (spoken)

  • Cheerful personality

Special Requirements:

  • License holder preferred, owning a two wheeler
  • Willing to work on Saturdays
  • Evening/Night Shift: 2 PM - 10 PM

Job Description

  • Deliver high quality customer focused engagement service to ensure that customers have the opportunity to be effectively involved in developing, shaping and monitoring all services
  • Provide an efficient support service across for customer involvement across the organization
  • Develop opportunities for involvement in all areas of the organization to ensure that the service continues to address customers continually changing priorities
  • Assist in the promotion, support and development of all Involvement approaches, policies and action plans
  • Research best practice to assist with the development of all customer engagement approaches
  • Facilitate clients/customers
