Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Customer Service Representative to help us create the future of wellness in LalNepal and beyond! As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining accurate customer records in our database
  • Answer phone calls, and respond to emails, live chats, and social media in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Staying up-to-date with product and service  knowledge
  • Maintaining solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism
  • Provide feedback to management to improve customer service processes and procedures
  • Resolving customer complaints, managing database records, and drafting the status report on customer service issues.
