Job Description

We are seeking a friendly and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team.  As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent  customer service and support to our clients. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional  manner 
  • Providing customers with product and service information 
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues 
  • Maintaining accurate customer records in our database 
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Staying up-to-date with product and service knowledge 
  • Providing feedback to management to improve customer service processes and  procedures
