  • Attractive personality and experience for Australian Student Visas and university admissions preferred

Job Description

  • Answers all incoming calls and handle caller’s inquiries in courteous and timely manner
  • Re-direct calls as appropriate and take adequate messages when required
  • Meet, Greet, assist and/or direct students, visitors and the general public
  • Provide word-processing and secretarial support
  • Document scanning, renaming, copying, storage, email attachment, downloading etc
  • Manage appointments, deadline, schedule meetings etc
  • Remain presentable and business attire at all times
  • Assist the team in increasing sales by product and service knowledge and sales skills
  • Motivate customers to do business
  • Follow up customers and manage enquiries as required
  • Offer university enrolment, career guidance and student visa services for Australia
