Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to support our travel sales operations and assist clients in choosing suitable travel packages and services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for travel and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Assist customers with travel package inquiries and bookings
Support the sales team in achieving monthly sales targets
Maintain communication with clients through calls, emails, and follow-ups
Provide accurate information regarding travel services and packages
Prepare quotations, invoices, and booking documentation
Build and maintain positive customer relationships
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Minimum +2 in any discipline.
Prior experience in sales or customer service preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude with strong customer service skills
Interest in the travel and tourism industry
