Job Description

  • Should work closely with Kuber Softech's Accounts and Marketing Team
  • Should gain a strong knowledge of the features, functions, and values of Company’s products.
  • Should communicate with the Support team to escalate critical client issues to ensure resolution.
  • Should perform demos of online products to prospective and current customers
  • Should Communicate to customers via email and phone in a professional manner with a purpose to identify   appropriate contacts, qualify and drive leads and establish appointments for Account Managers
  • Should gaining industry knowledge in regards to target markets.
  • Should growing skills in new business research and client relations.
  • Should in-depth analysis and reporting on lead and account activity and status.
