Job Description

  • Leading the development and execution of short-term & long-term strategies, with the goal of increasing all stakeholder value.
  • Creating, communicating, and implementing the organization's vision, mission, and overall direction.
  • Soliciting advice and guidance, when appropriate, from Board of Directors.
  • Formulating and implementing the strategic plan that guides the direction of the business or organization.
  • Overseeing the complete operation of the organization in accordance with the direction established in the strategic plans.
  • Evaluating the success of the organization in reaching its goals.
  • Representing the organization for civic and professional association responsibilities and activities in the local community, the state, and at the national level.
  • Participating in industry-related events or associations that will enhance the CEO’s leadership skills, the organization's reputation, and the organization's potential for success.  
  • Communicating, on behalf of the organization, with shareholders, government entities, and the public.
  • Creating and implementing the organization or organization’s vision and mission.
  • Evaluating the work of other executive leaders within the organization.
  • Maintaining awareness of the competitive market landscape, expansion opportunities, industry developments, etc.
  • Ensuring that the organization Complies rules and regulations of the government and maintains high social responsibility wherever it does business.
  • Assessing risks to the organization and ensuring they are monitored and minimized.
  • Setting strategic goals and making sure they are measurable and describable.
