Roles and responsibilities of this job

The Credit Analyst will focus primarily on ongoing loan servicing and client file maintenance, while also supporting loan processing when workload allows. This role combines in-depth credit assessment with hands-on documentation, coordination, and end-to-end file handling to ensure smooth and timely loan outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Servicing and Portfolio Support:

Monitor existing client files, repayments, and key conditions, proactively flagging any issues or inconsistencies.
Maintain up-to-date client information, documentation, and system records with Close attention to detail.
Respond to client and partner queries regarding statements, variations, top-ups, and general servicing requests.
Coordinate with internal teams to consistently meet service-level timelines and quality standards.

2. Credit Analysis:

Review income documents, bank statements, financials, and credit reports to assess serviceability and overall risk.
Calculate key ratios, borrowing capacity, and cash-flow metrics in line with lender and internal guidelines.
Prepare concise credit notes highlighting strengths, risks, and recommended loan structures.
Ensure all assessments comply with company policies, lender criteria, and applicable regulations.

3. Loan Processing Support:

Collect, verify, and follow up on all required documents to complete loan files.
Prepare, package, and lodge applications accurately according to checklists and process flows.
Track applications from submission to settlement, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
Assist in the preparation and review of loan documentation, settlement conditions, and post-settlement activities.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Management, or a related discipline.
2–3 years of experience as a Credit Analyst, Loan Processor, Loan Officer, or in a similar lending/credit role.
Strong analytical and numerical skills, with a good understanding of financial statements and income analysis.
Knowledge of loan documentation, KYC, and compliance requirements.
High attention to detail, ownership of tasks, and ability to manage multiple files and deadlines.
Effective written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative, client-focused approach.

Working hours: 6:00 am to 2:00 pm, including a 1-hour lunch break.
