Elite Business Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented Loan Processing Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the loan origination process, ensuring all applications are processed efficiently and accurately. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Fresh graduates eager to start a career in mortgage services are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Entry & Loan Application Processing: Accurately input loan application data into lender platforms to ensure smooth processing
Pre-Submission to Settlement Assistance: Assist clients in tracking and processing home loan applications from submission to settlement
Client Liaison: Communicate proactively with clients to request documentation and provide timely updates
Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with clients, lenders, referrers, and business agents
CRM Management: Keep detailed, up-to-date records in the CRM for timely follow-ups and task completion
Compliance: Ensure all loan processes adhere to regulatory requirements and internal compliance standards
Customer Service: Deliver outstanding service, being proactive and responsive to client needs
Autonomy & Initiative: Take ownership of tasks and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
Problem-Solving: Address challenges in loan processing with analytical thinking and determination

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent certification in Finance, Accounting, or related fields
Prior experience in loan processing, credit analysis, or related financial services is preferred
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple loan files and prioritize effectively under tight deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn in a team environment
Basic understanding of compliance and lending regulations

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of Loan Processing Systems: Familiarity with loan processing platforms, CRMs or lender portals is a plus.
Customer Service Experience: Any experience in a customer service role can be beneficial for communicating with clients and brokers.
