Sr. Executive Credit Control

We are seeking a results-driven and analytical Sr. Executive Credit Control to manage accounts receivable, ensure timely collections, and minimize financial risk.

This role is ideal for professionals with strong experience in credit control, client coordination, and financial reporting, who can effectively balance customer relationships with business objectives.

1. Accounts Receivable & Collections

• Track outstanding receivables and follow up for timely payments
• Maintain aging reports and ensure overdue accounts are minimized
• Coordinate with clients for payment commitments and recovery

2. Risk Control

• Identify high-risk accounts and escalate issues proactively
• Implement strategies to reduce bad debts and write-offs
• Ensure proper documentation for all credit approvals

3. Customer Coordination

• Resolve billing disputes and discrepancies with clients
• Maintain strong relationships with key customers for smooth collections
• Coordinate with Sales and Operations teams for smooth collections

• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly receivable reports
• Provide insights on collection performance and credit risks
• Support audits and compliance requirements

• Recommend improvements in credit control processes
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial controls
