Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Multi-Destination Counsellor for Student Visa to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for advising students on visa requirements, application processes, and educational opportunities in multiple countries. This role requires a deep understanding of international education systems, visa regulations, and the ability to navigate complex application procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Student Counselling:

Provide personalized counselling sessions to students and their families regarding study abroad options in multiple destinations.
Assess students' academic backgrounds, career goals, and financial capabilities to recommend suitable study programs and institutions.

Visa Guidance:

Advise students on visa application processes, documentation requirements, and timelines for various countries.
Assist students in preparing and submitting visa applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with immigration regulations.

Application Support:

Guide students through the application process for universities and colleges, including document preparation, application submission, and follow-up.
Liaise with educational institutions and immigration authorities to resolve any issues related to student applications.

Information Dissemination:

Stay updated on changes in visa regulations, educational policies, and entry requirements for multiple destinations.
Conduct information sessions, webinars, and workshops to educate students and parents about study abroad opportunities and visa processes.

Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with partner institutions, immigration authorities, and other stakeholders.
Provide exceptional customer service to students, ensuring a positive and supportive experience throughout the application process.

Administrative Tasks

Maintain accurate records of student interactions, applications, and visa statuses.
Prepare regular reports on counselling activities, application outcomes, and market trends.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in student counselling or international education consultancy.
Bachelor's degree.
In-depth knowledge of visa regulations and application procedures for major study destinations (e.g., USA, Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software.

Preferred Attributes:

Multilingual abilities, with proficiency in English and at least one additional language.
Experience studying or working abroad.
