Reports to: CEO / Marketing Manager

Role Summary:

The Marketing Specialist (Promotion & Branding) will lead the planning and execution of branding, promotion, and digital marketing initiatives to drive user acquisition and build LODBOD’s brand in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute marketing campaigns (digital + field-based)
Create awareness strategies for shippers, fleet owners, and drivers
Develop promotional materials (flyers, presentations, videos, ads)
Manage social media accounts and drive engagement
Track campaign performance and report KPIs
Coordinate with internal teams and marketing consultants for user education and outreach materials

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field
1–2 years of marketing experience (logistics, tech, or startup sector preferred)
Familiar with digital marketing tools, design softwares, and SEO basics
Strong writing, creative thinking, and project management skills

Office Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Salary & Benefits

Probation Period: 3 Months
Salary During Probation: Negotiable
Salary After Probation: Performance-based increment
Other Benefits: Communication allowance and fuel allowance

Reporting Line

The Marketing Specialist will report directly to the CEO and work closely with sales, fulfillment, customer support, and operations teams.
