Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales and Marketing Officer with strong knowledge of IT-related products and solutions. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, sales experience, and the ability to promote technology products and services to clients effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell IT-related products and services to corporate and individual clients.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Coordinate marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
Provide product demonstrations and explain technical features to customers.
Prepare regular sales and marketing reports.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s Degree in BE – Electronics & Communication or Computer Science (BIT/BCA).
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in any ISP organization in Nepal.
Proficient knowledge of Optical Fiber and related network equipment.
Ability to set up mini ISP infrastructure.
CCNA certification is mandatory; CCNP or other relevant certifications will be preferred.
Strong knowledge of Routers and Switches.
Excellent technical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Logical thinking ability with patience and capability to work under pressure.
Enthusiastic toward continuous learning and technology updates.

Note: Candidates having a two-wheeler driving license and a willingness to travel for official purposes will be preferred.
