Department: Sales & Marketing

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales and Marketing Officer to support sales growth and market expansion for our manufacturing business. Candidates with experience in electronics, home appliances, or related product sales and marketing are preferred. The role involves client handling, market visits, dealer coordination, sales follow-up and promotional activities.

Key Responsibilities

Promote and market company products to dealers, distributors, and customers.
Develop and maintain strong client and dealer relationships.
Conduct regular market visits and identify new business opportunities.
Prepare quotations, follow up on inquiries, and support sales closure.
Coordinate with internal departments for order processing and delivery.
Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain sales reports.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Handle customer feedback and resolve basic client issues professionally.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, Business Administration, or related field.
1–2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in electronics, home appliances, or manufacturing industries.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Reporting).
Ability to travel for market visits when required.
Positive attitude, confidence, and result-oriented approach.

Preferred Skills

Dealer/channel sales experience.
Knowledge of market expansion and customer handling.
Ability to prepare sales reports and maintain records.
Team coordination and relationship management skills.
