Job Description

Manage and direct different departments to achieve company goals and objectives. Work with sales and marketing to accomplish desired targets
Ensure, monitor and follow the standard operation procedure to ensure overall operational functions. Maintain work in compliance with company policies and procedures
Should have strong knowledge of bid preparation and submission methodology
Monitor and control expenses according to allotted budget
Conduct regular meetings with team to discuss about issues, concerns and regular updates
Manage work assignment, allocate and guide to corporate resources
Assist in employee appraisals, promotions, compensation and termination based on the performance review
Candidates from ISP or related field will be given priority
