Roles and responsibilities of this job

To drive product visibility and engagement through creative video content, short-form reels, and social media storytelling. Acting as a content creator and brand face, they will showcase products in a relatable and trend-driven format to boost traffic and sales. This role also involves managing basic social media tasks and performance tracking. Success will be measured by content reach, audience engagement, and conversion metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation & Influence

Create original, engaging, and product-focused videos and reels showcasing product features, benefits, tutorials, or lifestyle usage.
Act as the face of the brand in video content.
Collaborate with catalog/content/marketing teams to plan content calendars aligned with product launches, trends, and seasonal campaigns.

2. Social Media

Schedule and post content across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube Shorts).
Maintain brand voice and visual identity.
Engage with followers through DMs, comments, and polls.
Stay active on trending hashtags and topics.

3. Performance Tracking:

Add unique tracking links in captions to measure traffic and sales generated through each video.
Provide weekly reporting of metrics (views, likes, comments, shares, click-throughs, purchases).

4. Collaboration & Strategy:

Suggest new content formats, campaign ideas, or UGC collaborations
Participate in weekly content strategy meetings.
Provide feedback from audience engagement to inform product and marketing tweaks.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

1–2 years of experience in content creation, social media marketing, or video editing (freshers with strong content portfolios may apply)
Proficiency in platforms like Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts
Basic editing skills using tools like CapCut, InShot, Canva, Adobe Premiere Rush
Fluent in Nepali and English with engaging on-screen or voice presence (preferred)
Familiarity with eCommerce, product showcasing, and influencer ecosystem is a plus

Skills & Competencies:

Strong on-camera presence or storytelling ability
Creativity, consistency, and trend-awareness
Basic marketing understanding (CTAs, funnel awareness)
Collaborative and feedback-driven mindset
Good command over social media algorithms, trends, hashtags

Number of videos/reels created per week
