Terms of Reference to conduct Survivor Centered Approach Training for the Safe Home Staff (Re-advertise)

• To assess the actual capacity of shelters teams according to their respective role to provide GBV survivors with access to appropriate, accessible, and quality services with SCA.
• To design a tailor-made training program for APEIRON safe home teams based on identified gaps and needs, to effectively and efficiently manage GBV survivors’ cases according to SCA.
• After the training, set out a monitoring work plan to ensure quality, coordination and coherence of the proposed and implemented procedures in the service delivery of the safe homes
• Consultant should be familiar with the SCA principle, analyze the knowledge of APEIRON staff on SCA and identify the training needs in SCA.
• Consultant shall customize a standard SCA training course to the safe home operation process for GBV survivors and prepare training materials for this customized training course.
• The training course and the training material shall be customized to meet the following requirements:
• The training course and the training material shall be in-line with the standard safe home operation guideline;
• The training course and the training material shall address the training needs of APEIRON staff; and
• The training course and the training material shall include training on using SCA approach as core approach for service delivery in the safe home.
