Consultancy Service for Monitoring and Evaluation of the Project

Under the immediate supervision of the program coordinator the consultant will perform the following tasks:

• Based on the program agreement and its nature, propose a method and approach to develop a suitable M&E framework (plan, data collection formats and reporting formats) , to help track and assess the results of the interventions throughout the life of the program;
• In consultation with the program coordinator, develop a M&E framework, including process and outcome indicators for achieving key milestones for program activities;
• Assist the project team in collecting the information needed to implement the M&E framework;
• Conduct data collection, entry, verification, analysis, and reporting on actual achievements, highlighting emerging patterns and offering clear reports on findings and conclusions. Oversee and provide quality assurance to data collection
• Assist the project team in producing a final report on program achievements and outcomes.
• Facilitate the development and dissemination of lessons learned, best practices, and other project deliverables through different structured learning practices.
• Facilitate small trainings and capacity building sessions related to M&E for project team
• Perform other Works Assigned by Program Coordinator

·         A letter of Interest highlighting the experience with M&E

·         An updated CV

·         Similar related publication/tools (if any)

·         Proposed budget
