Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a construction manager in a 25.8 MW Hydropower project located at Ruby Valley, Dhading. The Construction Manager will oversee daily construction activities, meet project timelines and budgets, and maintain a safe working environment. Responsibilities include supervising subcontractors, managing project schedules, and ensuring compliance with construction safety regulations.

Budgeting and Construction Safety
Experience in construction management
Knowledge of project management software
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Relevant certifications in construction management or related field
