Tibetan Handicraft & Paper Pvt. Ltd. (THP) works with international clients across the world, providing wholesale supplies of Lokta paper and paper products tailored to client requirements. While operating primarily as a white-label manufacturer, THP also offers its own collection of prints and designs.

As THP continues to strengthen its international presence through marketing and business development initiatives, the company is receiving an increasing number of customer enquiries. We are looking for a Communications & Business Development Assistant to ensure timely and professional communication with prospective clients, manage leads, support business development efforts, and coordinate enquiries and orders with the operations team.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the first point of contact for enquiries from international clients.
Respond to client enquiries promptly and professionally through email and other communication channels.
Maintain and regularly update the lead tracker and customer database.
Follow established SOPs for communication, lead management, and order processing.
Coordinate with the production and operations teams regarding client enquiries, orders, timelines, and requirements.
Assist in converting potential leads into confirmed clients and orders.
Support clients throughout the process, from initial enquiry through order confirmation and delivery.
Prepare and submit weekly reports on enquiries, leads, conversions, and ongoing client communications.
Support digital marketing activities and other business development initiatives as required.
Maintain accurate records and ensure all client-related information is properly documented.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, International Business, or a relevant field.
Previous experience in communications, customer relations, sales, or business development will be an advantage.

Required Skills

Excellent proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
Confident, professional, and fluent communication skills.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Good interpersonal and client-handling skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to follow SOPs and maintain proper documentation.
Ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and international clients.
Customer-focused approach with an interest in business development.

Fast and professional response to client enquiries.
Accurate and up-to-date lead records.
Timely and accurate weekly reporting.
Client satisfaction and quality of communication.
Enquiry-to-order conversion rate.
Compliance with established SOPs.
