We are seeking an experienced, confident, and sales-driven Sales Executive for our Pashmina Department. The ideal candidate has a strong track record in retail or sales roles that involve tourists, international customers, or high-value products, and is comfortable dealing directly with an international clientele. Candidates with previous experience specifically in a pashmina gallery, showroom, or handicraft retail business are especially encouraged to apply.
The Sales Executive will be responsible for understanding customer needs, presenting and explaining pashmina and cashmere products, communicating product quality and craftsmanship, building customer trust, and converting customer interest into sales.

What We Offer
Selection / Probation Period
The selection and probation period for this position is 7 days. Candidates will be evaluated based on their sales experience, product learning ability, English communication, confidence, customer-handling ability, product presentation, negotiation skills, and overall sales performance.
A brief product orientation on pashmina and cashmere will be provided at the start of the evaluation period for candidates without direct pashmina experience. Final candidates will be selected based on overall performance during the evaluation period.
