Roles and responsibilities of this job

The Lead Analyst will be responsible for managing client communication primarily through chat and written channels. The role involves responding to client inquiries, providing accurate information, resolving issues, and ensuring high-quality written communication. The Chat Analyst will also guide team members, maintain communication standards, and ensure client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Handle client communication through chat and written platforms.
Respond to client inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Ensure clear, accurate, and grammatically correct written communication.
Monitor conversations and maintain service quality standards.
Identify recurring issues and report them to manager.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and service efficiency.

Required Experience:More than or equal to 1 year

Requirements

Freshers or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field.
Strong written English communication skills.
Experience in client handling, chat support, or communication-based roles.
Ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Excel knowledge and data handling.
