We are seeking a hands-on Clothing Product Manager with deep experience in garment or textile production to take ownership of our end-to-end product lifecycle — from raw materials to packaging and delivery. You'll supervise production teams, optimize processes, manage costs, and collaborate across departments to ensure each product meets our brand's high standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production, packaging, and final deliverance of sleeping hats.
• Plan and track inventory of raw materials and finished products.
• Maintain strict adherence to production deadlines and budget constraints.
• Monitor cost per garment and implement cost-saving initiatives.
• Coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement of fabrics, trims, and packaging.
• Manage cutting, stitching, finishing, and quality control teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Oversee logistics and delivery timelines in coordination with fulfillment partners.
• Ensure production aligns with tech packs, buyer requirements, and quality standards.
• Analyze production data to identify process inefficiencies or improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with the design and marketing teams for new product development and launches.
