Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a hands-on Clothing Product Manager with deep experience in garment or textile production to take ownership of our end-to-end product lifecycle — from raw materials to packaging and delivery. You'll supervise production teams, optimize processes, manage costs, and collaborate across departments to ensure each product meets our brand's high standards.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily production, packaging, and final deliverance of sleeping hats.
Plan and track inventory of raw materials and finished products.
Maintain strict adherence to production deadlines and budget constraints.
Monitor cost per garment and implement cost-saving initiatives.
Coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement of fabrics, trims, and packaging.
Manage cutting, stitching, finishing, and quality control teams to ensure smooth operations.
Oversee logistics and delivery timelines in coordination with fulfillment partners.
Ensure production aligns with tech packs, buyer requirements, and quality standards.
Analyze production data to identify process inefficiencies or improvement opportunities.
Collaborate with the design and marketing teams for new product development and launches.

Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and external stakeholders
Translate design and buyer briefs into actionable production plans

Address production bottlenecks and quality concerns proactively
Adapt to evolving demands, resources, or timelines

6. Efficiency & Cost Control

Track and optimize cost-per-garment
Ensure production stays on schedule and within budget

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Technology, Garment Manufacturing, Textile Engineering, or related field.

Experience:

3–5+ years in garment or textile manufacturing, including supervisory or managerial roles.
Proven track record in handling large-scale production operations.

Technical Knowledge:

Strong understanding of garment construction, pattern-making, and sewing techniques
Familiarity with various fabrics, trims, finishing methods, and QA standards
Proficiency with production software (e.g., ERP systems, PLM tools, MS Excel).

Legal & Safety Compliance:

Knowledge of labor laws, workplace safety, and environmental regulations in the fashion/textile industry.

Additional Desirable Skills:

Knowledge of sustainable production techniques and eco-friendly materials.
Familiarity with lean manufacturing or just-in-time (JIT) systems.
Data-driven mindset and ability to create production reports.
