We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Fashion Designer to join Fitforce Activewear. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing innovative, functional, and trend-driven activewear collections that align with our brand identity and meet customer needs. This role requires a strong understanding of garment construction, fabric selection, market trends, and the activewear industry.

Key Responsibilities

Research fashion, fitness, and activewear trends to develop seasonal collections and new product concepts.
Create design concepts, sketches, technical drawings, and mood boards for activewear products.
Select appropriate fabrics, trims, colors, and materials that balance performance, comfort, and style.
Develop detailed tech packs and specifications for production.
Collaborate with product development, merchandising, and production teams to ensure designs are executed accurately.
Review samples and prototypes, providing feedback and revisions as needed.
Ensure all designs meet quality standards, fit requirements, and brand guidelines.
Monitor competitor products and market developments to identify opportunities for innovation.
Participate in fittings and oversee product improvements throughout the development process.
Support the planning and execution of seasonal product launches and collections.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Fashion Design, Apparel Design, Textile Design, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Fashion Designer, preferably in activewear, sportswear, or athleisure apparel.
Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, technical skills, and design development processes.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and other relevant design tools.
Strong knowledge of garment construction, pattern development, fabrics, and production processes.
Understanding of current fashion trends and consumer preferences in the activewear market.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics, functionality, and brand consistency.
