Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Servicing Executive located in Kathmandu. As a Client Servicing Executive, you will be responsible for managing client services, building client relations, content writing and delivering presentations. You will also handle customer service inquiries and assist with account management.

Qualifications

• Client Services, Client Relations, and Customer Service skills
• Presentation skills
• Account Management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience in the advertising or marketing industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Strong English and Nepali communication skills
