Job Description

  • Manage to be a bridge between clients and the agency team.
  • Breakdown the brief from the client and work in harmony with the agency’s internal team design and media.
  • Liaising with, and acting as the link between, the client and the organization
  • Working with colleagues to devise campaigns that meets the client's brief budget and monitoring the effectiveness of the campaign.
  • Monitoring work progress and keeping in contact with clients at all stages.
  • Presenting alongside colleagues (particularly the account manager), the campaign ideas, budget to the client, managing campaign costs and invoicing clients.
  • Working with the management Team to brief media, creative and research staff and assisting with the formulation of marketing strategies.
  • Maintain existing clients and market expansion.
  • Manage Reports of each clients.
  • Maintaining client records and documenting processes.
  • Keeping track of new products on offer, as well as emerging trends in client services.
