Job Description

Reporting to this position: Facility Manager / Duty Officer

Responsibilities :

  • Listens and resolves customers’ concerns and complaints and addresses them effectively or refers customers to supervisor when necessary.
  • Establishes and maintains good rapport with customers by using positive language and taking care of their needs.
  • Provides customers with information on their prices and menu availability, movie show times and seats allocation. 
  • Suggests customers in making decisions regarding suitable purchases based on their preferences.
  • Maintains an updated knowledge of the QFX’s products, prices and services. 
  • Escalates feedback (service, food, hygiene, etc.) of customers to management.
  • Keeps track of inventory of concession and oversees the cleanliness and replenishment of items.
  • Receives orders, calculating bills and processing payments in concession.
  • Balances the cash register and keeps log for debit sales.
  • Prepares the domination of the total cash at the end of the shift and handovers to the Duty Officer.
  • Accepts payments, ensure all prices and quantities are accurate and provide a receipt to every customer.
  • Suggests cross-sell products and introduce new ones.
  • Responsible for cleanliness and maintenance of concession area and equipment.

Note: The candidate should be willing to work on Saturdays and Public Holidays.
