Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Client Relationship Manager at B2B Hospitality in Kathmandu.
The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for:
Managing and maintaining relationships with clients ensuring their satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for growth.
Identify and research upcoming hotels, restaurants, and cafes (HoReCa) across the country.
Develop strategies to approach and convert potential clients into long-term business partners.
Provide feedback to sales and marketing teams to align offerings with market demands.
Identify potential new markets and business opportunities within the hospitality sector.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the market.
Maintain detailed records of key account activities, interactions, and transactions.
Provide regular updates and reports on key account activities, sales progress, and relationship status.

Qualifications

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
Organizational and multitasking abilities
Attention to detail
Good knowledge of the hospitality industry
2-3 years of experience in sales
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
