Role Description

  • This is a full-time hybrid role for a Client Relationship Manager at B2B Hospitality in Kathmandu. 
  • The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for:
  • Managing and maintaining relationships with clients ensuring their satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for growth. 
  • Identify and research upcoming hotels, restaurants, and cafes (HoReCa) across the country.
  • Develop strategies to approach and convert potential clients into long-term business partners.
  • Provide feedback to sales and marketing teams to align offerings with market demands.
  • Identify potential new markets and business opportunities within the hospitality sector.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the market.
  • Maintain detailed records of key account activities, interactions, and transactions.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on key account activities, sales progress, and relationship status.

Qualifications

  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Attention to detail
  • Good knowledge of the hospitality industry
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
