The Client Relations Associate is responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring excellent communication, maintaining accurate client records, and supporting ongoing client engagements. This role serves as a key link between clients and internal teams, helping deliver smooth operations, high client satisfaction, and long-term retention Client Management & Relationship Building

Key Responsibilities:

Client Management & Relationship Building:

Maintain strong and positive relationships with existing clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
Communicate with clients to assess ongoing needs, support accounting-related requirements, and manage contract renewals.
Act as a primary point of contact for assigned clients and ensure timely responses to queries.
Proactively identify client concerns and coordinate with internal teams to provide effective solutions.
Conduct regular client feedback sessions to gather insights, assess satisfaction levels, and identify areas for service improvement.

Communication & Coordination:

Liaise between clients and internal departments to ensure accurate and timely delivery of services.
Communicate project updates, timelines, and changes clearly to clients.
Schedule and coordinate client meetings, workshops, and follow-ups as required.

Documentation, Reporting & Data Management:

Maintain and regularly update the client database, ensuring accuracy and completeness of records.
Regularly update the shared drive with details of ongoing client deals, workshops, and engagements.
Ensure all client-related documentation including photographs, reports, contracts, and relevant materials is properly organized, labeled, and easily accessible.
Prepare basic reports, summaries, and documentation for internal and client use

Issue Resolution & Client:

Handle client inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
Track issues through to resolution and escalate complex matters to management when required.
Follow up with clients post-service to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.

Client Retention & Growth Support:

Support contract renewals and assist in identifying upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
Monitor client satisfaction and contribute ideas to improve service quality and retention.

Client Sourcing and Onboarding:

Identify and develop strategic relationships with potential clients to offer our waste management and recycling-related services.
Support client onboarding process, including client meetings, waste assessments, preparing and sending tailored proposals and service agreements, etc.
Create proposals and service offerings based on each sector's requirements

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Minimum of one year of experience in a client-facing role (managing client relationships). Freshers with strong communication skills and a keen interest in client management are also encouraged to apply.
Strong communication (written and verbal), problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
Energetic, flexible, and proactive team player.
Understands the needs of different audiences and easily adapts to meet them.
Strong planning and organization skills.
Strong facilitation skills; works with others in a collaborative and solutions-focused manner. Has the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Note: Primary work location is Jawalakhel, Lalitpur, with weekly visits to Sanothimi, Bhaktapur.
