Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for a qualified and dedicated Civil Engineer to plan, design, and supervise construction and infrastructure projects while ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with engineering standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute and supervise civil construction works as per approved drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
Good at Billing, BBS works and AutoCAD
Ensure quality control of materials and workmanship (concrete, reinforcement, masonry, finishing, etc.)
Coordinate with architectural, structural, and MEP teams for smooth site execution
Plan daily work activities and deploy manpower, materials, and machinery efficiently
Check levels, alignment, dimensions, and setting-out of works at the site
Monitor work progress and report daily
Ensure compliance with safety standards and site safety rules
Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors; verify their work quality
Maintain site records: daily progress report (DPR), material consumption, labor attendance

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
Minmum 3 years in building construction site
Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office (knowledge of other design software is a plus)
Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage site work and meet deadlines
Good communication skills in English and Nepali
