Interior In-Charge

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Interior In-Charge to supervise and manage all interior fit-out works for our upcoming five-star hotel project. The ideal candidate will ensure that all interior works are executed according to approved drawings, project specifications, and hotel brand standards, while maintaining quality, timelines, and site safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise all interior fit-out works including partitions, ceilings, flooring, wall finishes, joinery, and furniture installation.
• Ensure execution as per approved interior drawings, specifications, and brand standards.
• Coordinate with architects, interior designers, consultants, contractors, and site engineers.
• Coordinate with civil and MEP teams to avoid clashes during installation.
• Monitor the quality of workmanship and ensure high-end finishing suitable for a five-star hotel.
• Track site progress and ensure interior works are completed within the project schedule.
• Verify materials delivered to site as per approved samples and specifications.
• Assist in mock-up room preparation, inspections, and consultant approvals.
• Prepare snag lists and ensure timely rectification before handover.
•  Maintain proper site safety and housekeeping during interior works.
