New Technical Infra Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and skilled Civil Engineer/ Overseer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing field operations, ensuring quality construction, and supporting project execution within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and monitor construction, retrofitting, road, and bridge projects
Review and interpret design drawings using AutoCAD
Prepare and manage Variation Orders (VO), claims, and project billing
Ensure quality control standards, testing procedures, and compliance
Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders
Track project progress and ensure timely completion
Manage project documentation, reports, and cash flow tracking
Utilize MS Project for planning, scheduling, and resource management

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
Minimum 2 years of experience in building construction, retrofitting, or road/bridge projects
Proficiency in AutoCAD for design review and drawings
Strong knowledge of Variation Orders (VO), claims, and billing processes
Excellent command of MS Excel for billing and documentation
Working knowledge of MS Project for planning and scheduling
Good understanding of quality control systems and testing standards
Strong coordination and team management skills

Note: Priority to the one who has completed the previously handled projects within the given time frame.
