Roles and responsibilities of this job

Responsible for Construction Supervision
Conduct the meeting with client, consultant and contractor
Fix the alignment and level
Supervise the quality of work, take the measurement and prepare the bill
Build the coordination with consultant head office
Prepare the trimester and final report

Bachelors in Civil Engineering with more than 3 Year experience in Building, Road and Irrigation Works
Having proven experience on cost estimation, rate analysis, Bill of Quantity BOQ, specification of work road, Reinforced Cement Concrete RCC Bridge and buildings also
Having proven experience of designing of road/highway using various road design software
Commanding skills in MS Office packages, tendering procedures and construction norms and laws and computational techniques.
Capable to lead a team and coordinate efficiently for execution of any task
Self-motivated
High level of verbal and written communication skills
Solid computer skills (AutoCAD, MS Word, Excel, GIS etc)
Should have a Nepali Citizenship
Able to deal sensitive information and to communicate tactfully
Innovative, creative, efficient communicator
