• Collect the information about retail sales from outside and inside valley.
• Monitor the sales and subscription delivery in the country.
• Coordinate with distributors to address and resolve customers' complaints.
• Assist the Head of the Department in promotional activities.
• Assist the Head of the Department in implementing department's plans.
• Report the Departmental activities in the absence of the Head of the Department.
• Drive subscription campaign as designed by the department.
• Coordinate various activities with different agents.
• Supervise the activities of the Dispatch team and report about the findings to the Head of the Department.
• Proper filing of agreements and other official documents.
• Renewal of agent agreements from inside and outside valley.
• Maintain proper communication with the agents regarding circulation and financial situation.
• Conduct different research regarding increment of sales and subscriptions in different parts of country.
