We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Chief Marketing Officer to join the team remotely within the APAC region. As the Chief Marketing Officer, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, market share, and revenue growth across the region. You will lead a high-performing marketing team and shape the brand in the APAC region.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a data-driven marketing strategy tailored to the specific needs and preferences of the APAC dental market.
• Lead all aspects of marketing, including brand management, product marketing, digital marketing, content marketing, and channel marketing.
• Oversee market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities within the APAC region.
• Manage and develop the APAC marketing budget, ensuring a strong ROI.
• Build and foster strong relationships with key dental opinion leaders and distributors throughout APAC.
• Lead the development and execution of targeted marketing campaigns across various channels, including online, print, and events.
• Drive brand awareness and build brand loyalty among dentists in the APAC region.
• Develop and implement a strong digital marketing strategy, including website optimization, social media marketing, and SEM.
• Analyze marketing data and utilize insights to continuously improve marketing performance.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest dental industry trends and marketing technologies.
• Lead a high-performing marketing team and provide coaching and mentorship to develop their skills.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in a senior marketing leadership role, preferably within the medical device or healthcare industry.
• Proven track record of success in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive growth.
• Strong understanding of the APAC dental market and its unique dynamics.
• Deep knowledge of digital marketing best practices, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media marketing.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and inspire a team in a remote work environment.
• Fluency in English and strong communication skills in at least one other major APAC language (e.g., Mandarin, Hindi, Japanese).
